Our contract spray drying services transform liquid formulations into stable, free-flowing powders through controlled particle engineering. We support both cannabinoid and non-cannabinoid applications, with a focus on particle size distribution, morphology, encapsulation efficiency, and downstream manufacturability. Capabilities span bench-scale development, pilot production, and scalable manufacturing.

We convert validated formulations into finished, shelf-ready products across a wide range of delivery formats. Our finished product capabilities support powders, liquids, inhalation systems, capsules, tablets, and single-serve formats, structured for both small-batch and commercial production volumes. Programs are designed to maintain formulation integrity while meeting packaging, labeling, and distribution requirements.

We support non-standard development and manufacturing programs that fall outside conventional contract manufacturing models. Custom programs include novel delivery systems, one-off production runs, and technically complex or confidential projects requiring close collaboration. These engagements are structured for flexibility, discretion, and technical depth.

We provide dedicated process and technical support for Büchi and Yamato spray-drying systems, supporting both on-site service and in-house repair programs. Our support personnel have hands-on experience with these platforms and understand not only the mechanical systems, but the process conditions required to return equipment to validated, production-ready operation. Services are structured to support regulated environments, including GMP and compliance-sensitive facilities. On-Site Service & Repair: Our technical personnel can be deployed directly to client facilities to diagnose, service, and restore Büchi and Yamato spray dryers. On-site service is performed within the client’s quality and cleanliness standards, minimizing downtime and maintaining compliance with established SOPs. In-House Repair & Refurbishment: Equipment can also be shipped to our facility for repair, refurbishment, and functional verification. This option is well-suited for complex mechanical issues, system upgrades, or preventive maintenance programs requiring controlled testing and validation prior to return. Process-Focused Support: Beyond mechanical service, we provide process-level support, including: - System setup and commissioning - Parameter optimization and troubleshooting - Post-repair process verification - Operator training and best-practice guidance This ensures repaired equipment is not only functional, but operating correctly for its intended application. Integration with CRO / CMO Programs: Technical and process support services are fully integrated with our CRO and CMO offerings. Equipment serviced or commissioned through this program can be immediately deployed into formulation development, pilot production, or manufacturing scale-up workflows.
